How to Use the PIC

The GCM Public Information Center (PIC) Library is intended to be a public repository for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) related material relevant to the GCM Corridor. It contains final and approved documents from the GCM Corridor Coalition and Corridor Coalition members.

Please note that we are uploading some documents and they are temporarily unavailable. They will be available shortly

The main areas of the site include:

  • Agreements – signed agreements between the three GCM states
  • Committee and Work Groups – final agendas and minutes from GCM work group and committee meetings
  • Fact Sheets – 1-page informational sheets on GCM projects and initiatives
  • Funding Reports – updates on use of federal funding for GCM projects
  • Links – links to websites of GCM Corridor Coalition members and other useful resources
  • Newsletters – current and previous issues of ITS Midwest/GCM newsletter “Express Lanes”
  • Recent Events – summaries of recent events held by the GCM Corridor Coalition
  • Reports and Papers – final reports and papers on policy and practices from the GCM Corridor Coalition and Coalition members
  • Technical Documents – final technical reports and papers from the GCM Corridor Coalition and Coalition members
  • Work Order Status – status updates of GCM projects using federal funding
